Why was my order still not sent?

The product you ordered is probably on its way from the warehouse, the estimated date of delivery and dispatch can be found in the details of your order.

I did not receive an order confirmation email

The system sends automatic email/s about your order, if you enter the correct email address when creating an order. You also need to check the spam folder in your email box or the "Automatic" folder.

Can I edit the items in my order?

Yes, it is possible to edit the item in your order if the order has not yet been sent.

How can I cancel my order?

The order can be canceled if it has not yet been sent. You can cancel the order yourself in the details of your order, or you can write us an email and we will do it for you.

Due to the pandemic situation, we currently do not enable our customers to pick up the order personally in the store.

I'm having trouble signing in to my account. What can I do?

One of the most common reasons for this is an incorrect login name (email address) or password. If you have forgotten your password - click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. The new, generated password will be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration. If you are unable to log in despite entering the new password - please contact us, we will be happy to help you :)

Can a consultant create an order on behalf of me?

A consultant cannot create an order on behalf of customer.

I ordered phone, but the price of the phone is without VAT.

We sell devices marked as "New from purchase" in a special regime "special VAT regime, according to Section Act No. 222/2004 Coll. (0% VAT)" and VAT deduction cannot be applied.

Marking your phone NEW FROM PURCHASE means that your phone is brand new and has never been used. If the package was open, it's just due to our checkup. Mostly completely wrapped in the original foil on the box from the manufacturer. The phone comes with factory-protective films in the original box , with complete, original and unused accessories. On your new purchase phone you will get a 24-month warranty .
